Hello and welcome to my web site 'mywainwrights' which is my photographic walking journal ... As you will see from looking through this site, the majority of my walking is in the Lake District, an area made famous by the late Alfred Wainwright with his pictorial walking guides, and it has been special to me, ever since my first trip's there, with my family, back in the early 1970's.
