Your browser my have automatically detected the feed, if so an orange icon of the same design should show on the top right of your browser window, simply click on this and your browser will subscribe to the feed for you.
Alternatively if this feed is not automatically detected you will have to subscribe to it manually, first of all you will need an RSS reader, there are several available, myself I use Google Reader, simply copy and paste the URL from the address bar at the top of the browser window into the reader.
You will also find that I have given an option to
subscribe to my feed via email, I use FeedBurner for this service, simply click
on the link and enter your email address as instructed, then when I update my
feed you will receive and email advising you of this.
