We had initially thought that we wouldn't be able to visit Coral Beach as all of the guide books said the dogs weren't allowed, and after the disappointment we'd had at Waternish Point we didn't want a repeat performance. Luckily though we met another couple walkin thier dog on the Thursday who said that dogs were welcome on the beach, as they'd been there the day before. So we decided that we would pay a visit on the Friday morning, they were forecasting rain by lunch time so we headed really early to miss it. We needn't have bothered he rain arrived early, just as we got to the beach. It didn't matter though it w well worth the visit.
MacLeods Tables and Loch Dunvegan, weren't wejust here yesterday???
As we walked along the shore towards the beach we spotted this pair of Eider ducks
The first of the Coral Beaches, this one is tiny compared to the next one
Approaching the second of the beaches
Zooming in for a close up view, it looked almost tropical with the white sands and blue water
Tim had to go and investigate the sea!
We were surprised to find that the beach wasn't sand but tiny fragments of coral and shells
Tim looking for crabs!!!!
A panoramic view of the beach
Looking towards MacLeodsTables
Tim trying to swim!!!!!
