Apologies for the lack of updates on the web site over the last few weeks. This been down to annual May holidays, which this year where in NW Scotland. The weather wasn't brilliant, in fact it was completely lousy for the two weeks that we were away. It still didn't stop us enjoying our time up there, but it did curtail the amount of actual walks we managed to do. I've put a selection of photos from the trip together as a 'slideshow' which can be found here ..... NW Scotland Holidays
Anyhow back to this walk, we were over in the Lakes today for a friends birthday party. It was such a lovely evening we decided to give Cleo a nice walk before heading home. As we were close to Buttermere and Cleo had never been there before, we decided on a wander around the lake. It was really pleasant, especially since most people had gone home for the day. I had hoped for a few nice sunset shots but a sheet of cloud drifted in during the walk, typical!
